Curry bread in the bread machine is one of the many versions of bread cooked entirely in the bread machine, from kneading to rising, and finally to baking, hence the hole at the base of the bread caused by the kneading blade.
This time, however, the bread is a bit spicy, with a curry flavor, which may not be to everyone’s taste, but definitely something to try!
I decided to use a program that did everything from kneading to baking, but you can easily just knead and then let it rise in a bowl before baking it in a traditional oven.
During baking, you can smell the wonderful aroma of curry, and even when cold, it gives the bread a really good taste.
I recommend replicating the recipe; I’m sure you’ll like it!!!
If you make this or any other recipes you find on the blog, send me photos, and I’ll publish them on my page with your name.

Preparation of Curry Bread in Bread Machine
I should mention that you can knead by hand starting with the liquids and then adding yeast, some flour, salt, and the rest.
You can just knead with the bread machine and then proceed with rising and baking finally in the traditional oven. That said, let’s start!
Place the kneading blade in the bread machine basket and then add the ingredients as described in order, starting with the dry and floury ingredients and finishing with the liquids.
Insert the basket into the bread machine, set program 1 which is suitable for the Panasonic Croustina bread machine, for other machines find a program that lasts about 3 hours and does everything from kneading to baking.
Once baking is complete, remove the basket and remove the bread, allowing it to cool on a rack. Once cool, cut it for your desired use.
As an idea, I also made some bruschetta with it, and they were delicious!!!
