Curry Chicken

Curry chicken is an ethnic recipe with chicken and curry as its main ingredients. Personally, I really love the taste of this spice!
In the places where curry originates, this ingredient is used in many dishes and is commonly used.
If you have never made dishes with these spices, now is the time to try, even for the skeptics!
There are many versions of the curry chicken recipe, and I propose mine, very tasty and well-received at the table. It’s also a fairly quick dish to make, even for those who don’t have much time!
A really tasty dish and the chicken stays very tender, even those who usually don’t like this meat would enjoy it in this version!
If you try any of my recipes, send me the photos and I will publish them on my page with your name.

  • 0.8 cups All-purpose flour

  • 3 tbsps Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Curry Chicken

  • Take the thighs and cut them into medium-small pieces, coat them in flour, then put them in a colander and remove excess flour.

Take a non-stick pan with high edges, add 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, heat the pan, add the chicken pieces, and mix well, cooking for a few minutes.

If the oil seems too little, add more.

Halfway through cooking, add curry to taste, a splash of water to prevent the chicken from becoming too dry, and finish cooking.

It should cook for a total of about 20-30 minutes.
