Delicious Turkey Meatballs

The delicious turkey meatballs are an excellent second course to keep it light. Turkey meat is not the most flavorful, but I assure you that seasoned as I did, it becomes an exceptional dish.
To the ground turkey, I added carrots, onion, parsley, and even ginger, which I occasionally put in meat dishes as it also aids digestion.
A very appreciated second course in my house, also because I often cook chicken and turkey.
I didn’t use wine for cooking, just a little bit of water if needed… try it, and let me know.
I recommend following my recipe and making these super delicious meatballs… so let’s get to work!
So, all that’s left is to replicate the recipe, and if you do, send me your photos; I’ll post them on my fb page with your name!
