Ferratelle with Cooked Must

Ferratelle with cooked must are a variant of the classic Abruzzo ferratelle, which are mainly made during the Christmas period.

Cooked must is used in many preparations during the Christmas holidays, so we don’t miss out on this one either.

The amount of cooked must used in this kind of recipe can vary depending on the areas of Abruzzo you are in and especially according to your taste.

Moreover, with the addition of cooked must, the ferratelle are not as crunchy as the classic ones, but are slightly softer.

I invite you to try them, and I’m sure you will love them… they keep for several days, but this will also depend on how you store them.

With the quantities you will find below, you’ll make a small batch of ferratelle

If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos and I will publish them on my page with your name.
