The flavored flatbreads in the bread machine are truly tasty, good, and soft.
I made them using my Panasonic Croustina bread machine, always a great help in the kitchen.
Furthermore, I used flour in the dough that Panasonic sent me for winning a contest… I would say really excellent.
I inserted the ingredients in the bread machine starting with the liquids and ending with the flour and salt.
I recommend placing the yeast and salt on opposite sides of the basket, so they don’t come into contact during mixing.
Very importantly, they can be cooked in a pan, making them perfect for summer, simple and quick.
Once again, my bread machine helped me with my recipes, and as always, with excellent results.
Of course, you can also make the dough by hand, working it for several minutes to achieve a similar result.
So just replicate the recipe, and if you do, feel free to send me your photos; I will put them on my FB page with your name!

Ingredients for Making Flavored Flatbreads in the Bread Machine
- 1 cup water (cold)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 0.25 ounce fresh yeast
- 3.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons salt
Preparation of Flavored Flatbreads in the Bread Machine
Take the bread machine and insert the kneading blade into the basket, add the ingredients in the listed order, insert the basket into the machine and start the dough-only program; for my machine, it’s program 17.
The kneading will last around 45 minutes, but this can vary between different bread machine brands if you’re using one different from mine.
Start the machine, and once kneading is complete, transfer the dough to a bowl and let it rise for at least 2 hours.
After the rising time, transfer the dough to a floured work surface and divide it into 6 equal parts, then let the balls rest for about 15 minutes.
Flatten each ball to form a flatbread; I made them quite thin, but if you make them slightly smaller in diameter, they will be thicker.
Heat a pan, lightly grease it with a drop of extra virgin olive oil, put the flattened flatbread in it, and brush a little oil on the surface.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium-low heat on both sides.
Enjoy them hot; they will be exceptional, but even cold, they are not to be refused… bon appétit!
