Focaccia Bread with Bread Machine

Focaccia bread with bread machine is called so because of its softness and fragrance, having the shape of bread and the softness of a focaccia.
Obviously, you can also make this dough by hand, but I made it with the bread machine from Panasonic.
This bread machine gives me great satisfaction, I program it, it does everything by itself, and I have fresh bread every day.
Of course, I like kneading by hand very much, but you don’t always have the time to do it, and this is really a great solution.
Many times, I use the bread machine just for kneading and up to the leavening process, then I transfer it to a normal baking pan or mold to avoid the shape of bread baked in this type of machine.
Follow my recipes made with this machine, I’m sure you will like them, and if you have specific requests or questions, feel free to leave a message, and I will respond as soon as possible. !!!!
