- 4 medium eggs
- 8.5 tbsp Butter
- Zest of 1 orange
- 0.42 cups Whole milk
- 1.3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- Food coloring
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1 packet Vanilla
- 1.1 cups Sugar
- 0.25 cups Powdered sugar
Preparation of the Four-Color Cake
In a mixer, combine sugar, vanilla, and softened butter.
After mixing, add the eggs, lemon and orange zest, and mix well. Then add flour and milk. Mix well and divide into 4 bowls. Leave one bowl with the original color and add different food colors (red, blue, and yellow or green) to the other 3 bowls.
