Garlic pork loin is one of those quick recipes to prepare right when you get home from work in the evening and you’re pressed for time… so what do we cook?
Among pork steaks, I obviously prefer neck steaks because they are tastier, but also very fatty, and for this reason, I end up buying loin ones, which can still be made very tasty with the right flavors.
This recipe is really for those moments, simple, quick, and delicious!
In this recipe, obviously, the most prominent flavor is garlic, and I know that many of you might not like it that much, but I assure you it’s delicious… maybe it’s because I love garlic in recipes and use it a lot in various ways and many recipes!
My thought is that if you don’t use garlic, onion, and vinegar in recipes, you haven’t done anything… obviously in recipes where these spices are appropriate. I’ve come across people who ate roasted peppers dressed as a salad without garlic… sacrilege!!!!
Imagine that I even grate it when I season sauerkraut salad… it gives that extra pinch of really good taste.
Anyway, let’s get back to the recipe and make it yourself, then let me know!
