Garlic Sauce

Garlic sauce is always a great solution for many recipes, personally I always keep it in the fridge for any occasion.
I even use it if I need to make sauce, or you can put it on bread and then toast it, you don’t know how good it can be!!!
I really love garlic and I think it should never be missing in the kitchen!!!
…You can also use it to season fish, maybe the one cooked in the oven, but also for fish soups or pasta dishes based on fish, or mix it with breadcrumbs and then bread the fish.
It is very useful mainly for fish-based dishes, but I’m sure that once you try it, you’ll use it in many other recipes, like in an omelet, or in small salty leavened products to flavor…
In short, it’s a sauce that can really be used in many recipes and then, it keeps for a long time stored in the fridge.
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos and I’ll post them on my page with your name.
Make it yourself to always have it on hand!

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
