Gratinated Broccoli

Gratinated broccoli is a really simple and quick side dish to make.
You can make them with fresh broccoli, wash them and remove any spoiled parts, or buy frozen ones; in either case, it’s quick since this type of vegetable doesn’t have much waste.
The quantity is for only 2 people, but even if you have leftovers, it’s not a problem… just store them in the fridge and the next day, a quick microwave heat will make them tasty again.
It’s a low-calorie side dish, except for the Parmesan on top which will create a nice crust, but there’s no béchamel or cream here.
If you recreate this recipe or others from my blog, feel free to send me your photos; I’d be happy to feature them on my Facebook page under your name.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
