The Halloween Bundt Cake was born from the idea of creating a simple cake, but nothing to shape with your hands, things in the form of a cake that can be decorated on the surface, then think again, I opted for a cake with somewhat dark colors.
The basic cake is very simple, of course, if you don’t have good food coloring, the color won’t be very bright, the only thing that disappoints me is that after cooking, in photos, the purple color doesn’t show well, but in person, it looks good and makes a nice effect.
Let’s say that while I was making the cake, I was deciding the quantities and despite everything, it turned out really good, moreover very soft, and it stayed as freshly baked for 3 days.
You just have to make this little cake for Halloween too, and remember… I’m waiting for your photos!!!

Preparation of the Halloween Bundt Cake
In the cake mixer, put the eggs and sugar, work them at high speed for a few minutes, until a fluffy mixture is obtained.
Then add the oil, milk, baking powder, and half the flour, mix at low speed to blend everything well.
Finally, add the remaining flour and make sure the mixture incorporates all the ingredients well.
At this point, divide the obtained mixture into three different bowls, put a different coloring in each bowl, one black, one purple, and the last orange.
Mix the three mixtures well to color our mixture evenly.
Prepare a 10-inch diameter bundt pan by greasing and flouring it well, at this point cover the bottom of the pan first with the black mixture, then the orange, and finally the purple.
Bake in a hot oven at 356°F for about 45 minutes checking the cooking.
Once baking is complete, remove from the oven and let cool a bit before completing the cake.
At this point, put the powdered sugar in a glass with the orange food coloring, add very little water at a time, mix and create a fairly dense glaze.
As we mix the glaze, we will adjust with the water to avoid it becoming too liquid.
Let the glaze drip over the cake creating drips, in short, decorating it as you like.
I also added some Halloween-themed sprinkles after the glazing.
