Ingredients to make Homemade Scones
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon water (or milk)
- 7 oz Nutella® (They can be filled in many ways)

Preparation of Homemade Scones
In the cake mixer, put the flour, sugar, salt, and softened or cold butter….
….mix the ingredients well and then add the warm milk, in which we will have dissolved a packet of baking powder.
