My Style English Trifle is a dessert that my grandmother used to make for me when I was little, and even as an adult when I occasionally asked her, she always called it English Trifle.
A dessert that often brings back special memories and takes me back in time.
The preparation is quite simple, and I’m sure you will like it!
Once the cookies are baked, the dessert is really super quick… maybe bake them the day before, so you can calmly do the rest the following day.
Then, just put it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours to cool well.
I assure you it’s a truly sublime snack, try following my recipe, and I’m sure you will like it!
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos, and I will post them on my page with your name.

Cookie Preparation for My Style English Trifle
Mix all the ingredients until the dough is soft but firm enough.
If necessary, add a bit more flour, but do not overdo it.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of dough, leaving enough space between them
Bake in a preheated oven at 356 °F for about 25 minutes.
Prepare the pudding following the instructions on the packages.
Take a sufficiently large dish and start soaking each cookie in the coffee and rum mixture, covering the bottom, then add a layer of pudding, again a layer of soaked cookies
and then the pudding until everything is well covered as shown in the picture.
