The onion and mozzarella calzones are very easy to make and I’m sure even those who don’t eat onions would like them, just like me.
I like onions in sauces, but I don’t eat them, but made this way they are really delicious, I assure you.

- 1 1/2 packet Dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups Warm water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Sunflower oil
- 3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour + 1/3 cup for the work surface
