Oven-Baked Gratinated Shrimp

Oven-baked gratinated shrimp are one of those fish main courses I love and especially prepare during the Christmas holidays.
If I find this product on sale frozen, I stock up and prepare them at other times too, but on Christmas Eve, for example, they cannot be missing…at our place, we only cook fish as in almost all of Italy, and we prepare many courses.
They are simple, quick, and with guaranteed success.
Sometimes I have leftovers when I cook them, and even reheated the next day, they are really very good.
Just buy medium-sized shrimp and sprinkle them with breadcrumbs, nothing simpler, but they make a great impression.
Shrimp are very tasty with few ingredients, and then I really like fish cooked this way also for the good smell they leave in the kitchen.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
