Oven-Baked Suckling Pig Pieces

The oven-baked suckling pig pieces are the quick version of this type of meat which has a slightly different taste from the classic pork, and soon I will present you with another recipe with suckling pig but with longer cooking and preparation times.
The portion is only for 3 people, the cooking will take about 1 ½ – 2 hours plus the resting time before cooking of at least 2 hours.
Generally, this is a meat that is cooked in Sardinia, but this is a very different recipe, as there is no Myrtle in the marinade and mainly the Sardinian suckling pig is cooked whole.
However, if you are thinking of a different family dinner, or if you have guests, even if at this time it’s a bit impossible, but take note of it maybe for better times.
If you make one of my recipes, send me the photos and I will publish them on my page with your name.
So you just have to try this tasty second course of mine and let me know if you liked it.
