The puffed rice salami is truly a good alternative to the classic salami made with dry biscuits.
Very quick because everything is mixed in a bowl, the dough is created, then with the help of baking paper, it’s shaped and put in the fridge to cool.
Few ingredients… eggs, puffed rice, chocolate, sugar, and butter, and you’re done!!!
I made it with simple basic ingredients, but if desired, you can add chopped nuts to make it even tastier.
A very handy dessert for a last-minute end of lunch, maybe with unexpected guests, and it will save us for dessert with our guests.
If this simple, quick, and delicious dessert has piqued your curiosity even a little, try it yourself and let me know!
I look forward to your photos if you replicate this or other recipes on my blog. If you like, I will post your photos on my Facebook page under your name.
