Quick No-Yeast Mini Pizzas
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Cheap
  • Preparation time: 10 Minutes
  • Portions: 40 mini pizzas
  • Cooking methods: Stovetop
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: All seasons

Ingredients for Quick No-Yeast Mini Pizzas

  • 1 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 cups All-purpose flour (+ 1/4 cup for the work surface)
  • 1 packet Baking powder for savory pizzas
  • 2 tbsps Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation of Quick No-Yeast Mini Pizzas

In a bowl, put the water, salt, flour, and baking powder, mix well and then continue kneading by hand. When you can no longer knead well in the bowl, pour it onto a floured work surface and knead until you create a homogeneous ball. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to get a thin but not too thin sheet, then use a cookie cutter to cut out the mini pizzas. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with olive oil before starting to cook the mini pizzas and cover them with a lid during cooking, letting them cook 3-4 minutes per side.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
