Quick Spoon Buns

Quick spoon buns are a great solution for always having fresh bread at home, prepared in reasonable times without having to do folds, re-kneading, balls, etc…
These buns don’t require long rising times, they mix quickly, and after rising, portion the buns with the help of two spoons.
We’ll get crunchy buns on the outside and very soft on the inside.
They can be served at the table as simple bread or filled with cold cuts and cheese, making them handy to take to work as sandwiches.
They can also be made in larger quantities; after baking and when fully cooled, they can be frozen and at the right time, a few seconds in the microwave, and they will be useful.
Follow the recipe, and you’ll see you won’t abandon it anymore!
If you make this recipe or others on my blog, feel free to send me a photo of your creation; if you’d like, I’ll post it on my Facebook page under your name.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
