The savory chicken stir-fry is one of those tasty recipes, perhaps prepared just to cook something different, and then it turns out to be a really great recipe!
Just buy some skinless chicken thighs, debone them, cut the meat into strips, and season with the indicated spices… a real specialty.
If you have time to keep everything in the fridge for longer than indicated, so much the better, it will be even more delicious after cooking.
Make this recipe yourself to cook chicken in a different way!
If you make this or any of my other recipes, send me the photos and I will publish them on my page with your name.

Ingredients to Make the Savory Chicken Stir-Fry
- 2 chicken thighs (about 1.1 lbs)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon curry
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
Tools
- 1 Pan non-stick pan
Preparation of the Savory Chicken Stir-Fry
Take the chicken thighs, debone them if they are not already boneless, and cut them into strips about a finger’s width….
….place them in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, a pinch of turmeric and curry, 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, the white wine, and mix everything well.
Leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour to infuse the flavors.
Take a non-stick pan, heat it, and add the chicken, and cook over medium heat for at least 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finish cooking by creating a crust, making it even more delicious.
If necessary, during cooking, add a little water to maintain the creaminess, even if you do not want to achieve a crust, but leave it tender and well-cooked.
