The savory pizza with ricotta and spinach is really simple and quick to make…few ingredients and dinner is solved!!!!
Just get some puff pastry, ricotta, frozen spinach and within 10 minutes you can already put it in the oven.
I usually use pizza dough or pasta brisée for savory pies and pizzas, but this time I was in a hurry and used this ready-made dough.
I prefer other types of dough because they are less greasy, but I would have had to let the pizza dough rise, which takes longer.
Of course, you can replace the dough base with brisée or pizza dough if you have more time to make it.
I’m sure you’ll love this recipe…try it!!!!
If you make this or other recipes from my blog, send me the photo, and if you like, I’ll post it on my fb page with your name.

Preparation of the Savory Pizza with Ricotta and Spinach
The savory pizza with ricotta and spinach is very simple and quick to make.
Let the spinach thaw, then squeeze them well and add the ricotta, mix well, then add salt and pepper to your taste….
…..the 2 oz of Parmigiano and mix again until the mixture is well incorporated.
Roll out the puff pastry with all the paper and place it in a baking tray about 10 x 8 inches, so that the dough also goes a little on the edges.
Prick the puff pastry, pour the mixture to cover the entire surface of the dough and sprinkle with the remaining Parmigiano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for about 15 minutes, checking the cooking.
