Seafood Salad with Potatoes

Seafood Salad with Potatoes is an alternative to the classic seafood salad that I prepare on many occasions !!!
It’s a recipe that suits well for big holidays like Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve and it definitely can’t be missing!
I also prepare it often in the summer and when the days start to get quite warm, perhaps as a main course for lunch.
Just make sure to boil all the seafood separately because each has a different cooking time.
Then you can also store it for 2-3 days in the fridge.

So follow the recipe and let me know what you think in the comments!

If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos and I’ll publish them on my page with your name.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
