Ingredients to make the Simple and Quick Cake
- 3 eggs (medium)
- 1 packet baking powder
- 3.5 oz sunflower oil
- 6.3 oz sugar
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1 packet vanillin (or ½ teaspoon liquid vanilla)
- to taste ground cinnamon
- 9.9 oz all-purpose flour
- 1.4 oz powdered sugar

Preparation of the Simple and Quick Cake
Take the hand mixer, put the eggs and sugar, and beat them at high speed for about ten minutes, then add the other ingredients little by little until they are all incorporated.
Butter and flour a cake pan with a diameter of 8.7-9.4 inches, I used a silicone one, so I didn’t need to butter it.
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 340° F for about 45 minutes, checking the baking.
Remove from the oven, let cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
