The simple and quick savory crackers I propose are a snack you can reach for at any time of the day, but we can also use them as a base for an appetizer, maybe with a bit of ham and an olive on top, and you’re all set.
They are not very fatty, made with ingredients we usually always have on hand.
You can make them by cooling the dough in the fridge, but if you’re in a hurry, you can skip this step, although I always recommend it.
The problem with these crackers is that one leads to another, and you turn around, and they’re gone… you wonder: did I eat them all?
Take it easy, they’re not very fatty, but it’s better not to overdo it.
If you make this or any other of my recipes on my blog, feel free to send me your photos, and I’ll put them on my fb page in your name.
At this point, just try the recipe, I’m waiting for your comments!!!

- 3 tbsp cold butter
- 1 tsp baking powder for savory pies
- 1 pinch sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup water

Preparation of Simple and Quick Savory Crackers
Mix the ingredients together to obtain a soft and elastic dough, place it in the fridge for 10 minutes before working on it.
Prepare 2 sheets of parchment paper, place the dough ball on one, then place the other sheet on top and roll out with a rolling pin to get a thin but not too thin sheet, remove the top paper sheet, and cut the crackers with a cookie cutter of your choice.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the crackers obtained with the cookie cutter on it, prick them with a fork, and sprinkle with a little salt.
