Soft Loaf with Milk

The soft loaf of bread was born out of the need to use up some open milk in the refrigerator, and like all improvised recipes… it resulted in a bread that is really soft and delicious.
If you keep it in a paper or plastic bag, it will stay soft for several days.
Unfortunately, I am on a diet, but it looks really great for making bread and oil, perhaps filling it with Nutella, a nice sandwich with cold cuts… in short, a bread that lends itself to everything.
I recommend checking out other bread recipes on my blog, you will find them in various versions.

So, follow my recipe, and if you’d like, you can send me photos of my replicated recipes. If you wish, I will post them on my Facebook page with your name.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
