- 1.5 lbs Chicken thighs
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
- to taste Thyme
- 1 sprig Rosemary sprig for the baking tray
Preparation of Spicy Chicken Bundles
Take the thighs, debone them by removing the skin and setting it aside, cut the meat into small pieces and season with salt, pepper, and thyme.
Lay the chicken skin aside on a surface and cut it in a way that it can contain about a tablespoon of chopped meat, fill them with the chopped meat and close them by rolling them and closing them with kitchen string.
I didn’t add any oil because during cooking the skin’s oil will be enough!
