Spicy chicken rolls are one of my favorite recipes because they can be cooked without an oven and are very tasty!
Buy some chicken and season it with pepper, rosemary, salt, and garlic, and you’ll see the success on your table!
If you can do it, they can be seasoned in advance, even in the morning for the evening, it will certainly help the meat to gain more flavor.
A very simple recipe, but really good.
I usually prepare them for dinner and season them in the morning, as I advised you to do above, you will see that cooked following all the instructions, success is guaranteed.
Try making my chicken rolls following my recipe and let me know !!
If you happen to make this or any other of my recipes on my blog, feel free to send me your photos and I will put them on my fb page in your name.

Ingredients to Make Spicy Chicken Rolls
- 8 chicken thighs (deboned)
- to taste salt
- to taste rosemary
- to taste pepper
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup white wine
Tools
- 1 Pan non-stick pan
Preparation of Spicy Chicken Rolls
In a small bowl, mix all the spices together with the 3 grated garlic cloves and mix well.
Place the chicken thighs on a work surface with the deboned side up, season with the prepared spices, and roll them up.
To secure them, tie with kitchen twine as shown in the photo, even if you are not familiar, just create a closure at the beginning of the roll and then wrap the twine around the meat along its length, closing with a final knot.
Take a non-stick pan with high edges, add some olive oil and heat, add the rolls, and brown them for about 10 minutes on all sides.
Once well browned, add some white wine, cover, and continue cooking for at least 30 minutes, checking the cooking.
If necessary, add more liquid during cooking.
Plate and serve very hot.
