Spicy crackers are that irresistible snack that you can’t stop eating, they are really good and tasty.
The crackers are prepared in little time, although you always have to account for a rising period, but the rest of the preparation is really fast.
I then cut them all into squares and rectangles, but of course, you can cut them into any shape you like. !
I seasoned them with oregano because it’s perhaps one of the spices I love the most, but you can add ground chili, chopped rosemary, basically adapt them to your personal tastes.
I invite you to make them yourself, so you can tell me what flavor you chose and I’m sure they will disappear in no time.
If you make this or any other of my recipes, send me the photos and I’ll publish them on my Facebook page with your name.

Preparation of Spicy Crackers
In a bowl or with a stand mixer, prepare the dough.
In the bowl, place the water and yeast and dissolve, then add part of the flour, mixing well.
Add the oregano, oil, and salt while continuing to mix, then add the remaining flour until you get a well-combined dough ball.
Transfer the dough to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let rise until doubled in size, about 2-3 hours.
Once risen, transfer the dough to a floured work surface, roll it out into a not too thin sheet
cut the dough into squares as I did, or in any shape you like.
Transfer the cut dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, let rise again for about 1 hour, then brush the crackers with a mixture of oil and a little water, sprinkle with a little salt and oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 15 minutes, checking the cooking.
