Stuffed Baguette That Becomes Bruschetta

My stuffed baguette that becomes bruschetta is a different way to make bruschetta, a little different from the usual and especially super tasty!
I thought of using baguettes and once stuffed, I cut slices to get bruschetta.
The sausage meat I used to make this recipe, I often use in various recipes because it is very tasty and wherever I put it, the result is really great.
Making my stuffed baguette that becomes bruschetta takes little time and is really very tasty!
These bruschettas are suitable as appetizers and especially at dinners with friends, perhaps accompanied by grilled vegetables and a very light main course since there is already meat in the bruschetta!
What do you think about making them together? Then follow my step-by-step recipe with photos and let me know what you think in the comments!!!
If you make this or any of my other recipes on my blog, feel free to send me your photos and I’ll post them on my Facebook page in your name.

Ingredients for Stuffed Baguette That Becomes Bruschetta

  • 2 pre-cooked baguettes, not very long ones
  • 14 oz of sausage meat

Preparation of Stuffed Baguette That Becomes Bruschetta

Let’s start making my stuffed baguette that becomes bruschetta, take the pre-cooked baguettes, cut off the ends and hollow them out internally using a kitchen scoop so that the internal crumb comes out.

  • In the baguettes, a hole will have been created, and we will fill it with the sausage meat. Once filled, cut them into slices about 1 inch thick (we will get about 16 pieces) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then cover with aluminum foil.

  • Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for about 20 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until a light golden color is obtained and the internal meat is cooked. Serve hot.

My name is Francesca Mele, and "Lo scrigno del buongusto" is the name of my blog. I am a true Abruzzese, and after several years with a cooking website, I decided to start a blog. I have been online for a total of 12 years now, so many of you have known me for a long time! I love cooking and I am neither a chef nor a professional cook; I simply have a passion for cooking, preparing, and inventing new dishes. The recipes you find on my blog are not copied, and even the photos are not downloaded from the internet; they are my own.
