Super Delicious Chocolate Cake

The super delicious chocolate cake was created to use up some leftovers from the fridge.
I had some cream, milk, and leftover chocolate from other preparations and I couldn’t resist making such a good chocolate cake, even if I didn’t know it would turn out like this, as I weighed everything, but had no idea what would come out.
I tried to balance the ingredients, but I didn’t want to add too many more things.
Anyway, I started assembling the ingredients, and it turned out to be a super cake that, for someone like me who loves dark chocolate, it was the best cake I’ve ever made after my all-time favorite that you can find here… even though they are two different textures!
All you need to do is replicate my cake and let me know what you think!
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos, and I’ll publish them on my page with your name.

Super Delicious Chocolate Cake
  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Medium
  • Preparation time: 20 Minutes
  • Portions: 10 people
  • Cooking methods: Electric oven
  • Cuisine: Italian
  • Seasonality: All seasons

Ingredients to make the Super Delicious Chocolate Cake

  • 3 eggs (medium)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5/8 cup cream (hoplà)
  • 4.6 oz dark chocolate 75%
  • 2.5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2.08 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Tools

  • 1 Pan Cake Pan

Preparation of the Super Delicious Chocolate Cake

  • First, chop the dark chocolate into pieces, melt it in the microwave, and set it aside.
In the mixer, put the eggs with the sugar and work them at high speed for a few minutes.
Once the eggs have been mixed with the sugar, add the dark chocolate, milk, cream, cocoa, baking powder, and mix everything well.
Finally, gradually add the flour and mix until fully incorporated.
Once done, prepare a 9 to 9.5-inch diameter cake pan, butter it, and flour it if it is not silicone like mine, pour the mixture in, and bake in a preheated oven at 338°F if ventilated and 356°F if static for about 50 minutes, checking the cooking.
If you bake in a static oven, it will take a few minutes less.

  • Let it cool completely before consuming, yes I know it’s difficult, change its room, out of sight is easier!!!
Once cooled, sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoyeeee.
