The super delicious cookie cake because someone like me who is a chocolate lover cannot help but find such a cake … super delicious!!!
This is a cake to prepare and hide at least until it cools down, otherwise, when you turn your eyes, you’ll only find the crumbs.
It’s a dessert that will make everyone really happy, from our children to sweet-toothed husbands!
You can serve this cake both for breakfast and as a snack, in any of these moments it will give you the right energy boost.

Ingredients to make the super delicious cookie cake
- 2 Eggs
- 2 1/3 cups All-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 7 oz Dark chocolate
- 1/3 cup Nutella
- 1 1/2 tbsps Powdered sugar
Preparation of the super delicious cookie cake
First, soften the butter and set it aside, then chop the extra dark chocolate and set this aside as well.
In the cake mixer, place flour, baking powder, softened butter, a pinch of salt, and eggs, and run it on low speed for a few minutes to incorporate all the ingredients.
You will get a soft dough, like shortcrust pastry, but without having to work it by hand.
Take a mold with slightly high edges, butter, and flour it, pour half of the mixture into it to form the cake base, on this base spread the Nutella so that it covers the entire surface.
At this point, pour the chopped chocolate into the remaining cake mixture, mix well, and incorporate it.
Cover the cake with the chocolate mixture, perhaps using your hands to level it evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
