The super soft cake is a very simple and quick cake to make; it’s a soft and delicious cloud!
I recommend preparing it for your children’s snack or breakfast, but also for adults who can’t resist sweets.
For those with a sweet tooth, it can be filled with custard or Nutella and will become an explosion of taste.

Ingredients for making the Super Soft Cake
- 5 eggs (medium)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup potato starch
- 3 1/2 oz butter (or margarine)
- 2/3 cup whole milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 packet vanillin
- 2 tbsps powdered sugar

Preparation of the Super Soft Cake
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat the whites with a teaspoon of baking soda. In another bowl, beat the yolks with the sugar and add the softened butter and milk to them.
Gently fold the whites into the rest of the mixture, then add the baking powder and the flour.
Preheat the oven to 340-356°F, grease and flour a cake pan about 10.25 inches in diameter, pour the mixture and bake for about 45-50 minutes.
Once baked and cooled, place the cake on a serving plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
