Sweet Nutella crepes are nothing but thin, fairly elastic, round waffles.
A typical French dish, it is filled with various fillings for both sweet and savory crepes.
A symbol of French cuisine, the crepe is still famous all over the world and every country has adopted it.
Even though crepes originated in Italy around the 5th century and were then adopted by the French, it is true that crepes, as we call them in Italy, are typical of some Italian places.
But I won’t go further into these origins, because the French are jealous, though we Italians are generous!!!
I propose them with Nutella filling, because I believe it is the thing that best suits this dish!
So all that remains is to replicate the recipe and if you do, send me your photos, I’ll post them on my Facebook page with your name!

Preparation of Sweet Nutella Crepes
Prepare a batter with all the ingredients using electric whisks.
The result will be a slightly liquid mixture.
For cooking, take a fairly large non-stick pan or a special pan for cooking crepes.
Heat over medium heat and place the mixture in the center of the pan with a ladle and spread it out like a very thin flatbread.
Cook first on one side, then when you turn it over, spread Nutella on half the crepe and sprinkle with the liqueur; fold the crepe in half and then again into quarters and the crepe is ready.
Enjoy your meal with taste!
