In my opinion, the wings are the most fun and delicious part of the chicken. I cooked them simply and flavored them, but I often make them with potatoes.
Cooked like this in a pan, they are truly an explosion of flavors and quick to cook.
I used simple spices, but there’s garam masala that will add an extra touch to the recipe!

Ingredients for making Tasty Chicken Wings
- 12 chicken wings
- make a spice mix (garam masala, thyme, salt, pepper, 3 cloves of fresh garlic)
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
Preparation of Tasty Chicken Wings
Take the chicken wings, cut them in half and remove the tips (if you want), place them in a bowl.
Separately, prepare the spice mix, add the extra virgin olive oil and mix well.
Season the wings with the spice mix and massage well with your hands to distribute the seasoning evenly over the meat.
Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
Take a non-stick pan, heat it, and add the wings, cook over medium-high heat with the lid on, let them brown for at least 10 minutes, then lower the heat and continue cooking for another 15 minutes, finishing cooking without the lid to form a crust.
They should be well browned on the outside and obviously cooked inside.
Plate and serve hot.
