The tasty rolls with a bread machine is a recipe I wanted to prepare to accompany a fancy dinner.
They are very soft rolls that can be made at any time of the year, but if you want, you can present them for special occasions since they are so colorful and spicy.
I used tomato to make them colorful and oregano to make them tasty… I’m sure you’ll love them.
You can stuff them with something savory like cold cuts, or you can eat them simply as a bread substitute.
I made the rolls with the Panasonic bread machine, which often helps me speed up my preparations, but of course, you can work the dough by hand and then make your rolls.
If you make any of my recipes, send me the photos, and I will publish them on my page with your name.
Just try them and let me know what you think.

Preparation of Tasty Rolls with Bread Machine
First, boil the peeled and chopped potatoes, meanwhile, place the ingredients in the bread machine, starting with the water, crumbled yeast, and sugar, then the flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt, tomato, and once the potatoes are soft enough, mash them and add them as well.
Start the dough program in the bread machine, for my machine it’s program 28.
For the bread machine, once it has finished kneading, pour the mixture onto a floured surface and knead for a few minutes until you get a ball and let it rise in a large bowl for about 2 hours.
Once risen, put the risen dough back on a floured surface and form a ball again
from which we will obtain 15 balls of about 86-87 grams.
Take a baking tray, line it with parchment paper, and place the 15 balls obtained, score the surface as desired
and let rise for 30-40 minutes, then brush the rolls with milk and bake in a preheated oven at 428°F for about 20 minutes, checking the cooking.
If you don’t have a bread machine, dissolve the yeast in water, then add the other ingredients being careful not to let the salt come into contact with the yeast and knead well for at least 10 minutes.
The rest, if you do everything by hand, the process is the same, just follow the recipe and you’ll get fabulous rolls.
