Tuna patties take me a bit back in time when I used to make them for my little daughter, because, you know, to make children eat, you have to think of everything, and tuna patties were a great solution to offer.
To tell the truth, patties in any form are delicious, then they are practical, tasty, and always appreciated by everyone.
Tuna patties are very soft inside and slightly crispy on the outside; at my house, they are always a great success.
Being baked, they are also light if you want… I don’t fry much actually, but if you want, no one will stop you from frying them, of course!
Try my recipe by following the instructions, and you will see how satisfied you’ll be, and surely your children will love them!!!
Follow the recipe, and if you replicate it, or replicate other recipes on my blog, send me the photos, and I will post them on my fb page in your name.
