Turkey stew in sauce is an alternative recipe to cook a lighter meat in sauce without giving up on flavor.
To make this recipe, I used turkey leg to achieve a really great result and perfect taste.
The turkey leg is obviously much softer than the breast and absorbs the flavors in a way that helps your recipes to a sure result.
Generally, I don’t like white meats with tomato, but in this case, I must say that the outcome was really good and a dish appreciated by everyone.
Try my recipe with turkey meat in sauce accompanied by peppers that will give your meat a unique flavor!
If you make this or any other of my recipes on my blog, feel free to send me your photos and I’ll post them on my FB page in your name.

Preparation of Turkey Stew in Sauce
In a non-stick pan with high edges, put the extra virgin olive oil, the peppers cut into pieces previously washed and deseeded, the meat, and let it cook over medium heat for about ten minutes, stirring often.
Add the salt and continue cooking, stirring until the meat is slightly cooked.
Add the peeled tomatoes passed through a food mill, stir, adjust salt and pepper, and cook covered for about 35 minutes, checking the cooking.
At the end of cooking, you will get a creamy sauce… serve hot.
