Watermelon flavored detox water is the latest trend, so I decided to try my own recipe, which is basically water with the addition of your favorite fruit.
I chose watermelon because it’s a fruit I love and also because detox water with this fruit has antioxidant and nutritional qualities.
In summer, we often consume cold drinks that are mostly not very genuine, so I recommend this alternative drink, very refreshing and with very few calories.
Once prepared, you can keep it in a plastic bottle in the fridge and consume it within about 2 days.
It is prepared in a short time, aside from the time the fruit needs to infuse in the water.
