Whole Wheat Bread

The whole wheat bread with the bread machine is another recipe I experimented with using this new Panasonic machine.
As you know, at least those who have known me for a while know that I don’t like machines that do everything by themselves, I like to knead with my hands, but I never had a bread machine and for the first time, this appliance has won me over!
I believe that especially for those who have little time and are rarely at home, this appliance is of great help, because you just put everything inside, and even if you want the bread ready in 8 hours, you set it and when you return from work it is kneaded, risen, and baked.
