Zucchini Chips

Zucchini chips are really tasty and delicious, I was given some nice big zucchinis, so I sliced the outer skin, then I made strips, passed them in flour and into hot oil.

Considering I don’t eat zucchini, I tried them, but I must say they are almost better than french fries… they remain crunchy and really good.

Obviously, they should be cooked and eaten immediately, as they tend to soften when cold and aren’t the same.

I placed this little recipe among the side dishes, but they are also great as an appetizer.

On the blog, you will find other delicious recipes made with zucchini, I also created a collection dedicated to zucchini, you can find it by clicking here and if you want I look forward to your comments.

I look forward to your photos if you replicate this or other recipes on my blog, if you like I will post your photos on my FB page in your name.
