Be sure to cook the cake over very low heat for the entire time, otherwise it may burn.
- 1 1/4 cups 00 flour (I used spelt)
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 6 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 packet vanillin

In a bowl beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the milk and oil.
Begin to add, a little at a time, the flour and baking powder.
Take the pan and grease it with some butter, pour the batter into the pan.
Cover the pan with the lid and place it on the stove.
Cook the cake in the pan for 20 minutes over the very lowest heat. After this time, with the aid of a plate covered with parchment paper, flip the cake, put it back in the pan with the parchment paper on top, cover with the lid and cook for another 10 minutes.
After the cooking time, turn the cake out onto a cutting board and let it cool completely.
