Rustic and Crumbly Whole Wheat Cookies: Simplicity that Wins Over
Today we celebrate the beauty and flavor of simplicity with a recipe that will become your new kitchen staple: Whole Wheat Cookies, easy, quick, and incredibly crumbly. In an era overwhelmed by complicated recipes and endless ingredient lists, we want to return to the basics.
These cookies prove that true goodness lies in the purity of flavors and quick execution.
The recipe is very simple, designed for those who want homemade sweets with minimal effort but without sacrificing taste and perfect texture. You will need just a few ingredients, easily found in your pantry: aromatic whole wheat flour for a rustic and healthy touch, eggs, extra virgin olive oil (excellent alternative to butter), brown sugar for a less refined and more caramelized sweetness, and a pinch of baking powder.
This basic combination translates into a cookie with an authentic and genuine flavor.
The result is a light sweet, which thanks to the use of whole wheat flour and brown sugar, offers a rustic and satisfying taste, very different from classic shortbread cookies.
They are perfect to accompany your morning coffee, ideal for a healthy breakfast rich in fiber, or for a heartwarming tea break. Their crumbly texture is the cornerstone: they melt in your mouth, leaving the pleasant aftertaste of unrefined flour.
These cookies are the perfect answer for those seeking a more conscious alternative without sacrificing pleasure.
They are so enjoyable and all to be relished that once tried, you will hardly go back. Let’s not delay any longer.
