Ingredients for Yogurt Cookies Without Eggs
- 2 1/3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup yogurt (I use vanilla)
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2/5 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
Steps for Yogurt Cookies Without Eggs
In a bowl, mix the sugar with the yogurt and then add the oil.
Start adding the flour gradually and finally the baking powder, knead until a dough ball is formed.
If you want to add chocolate chips, divide the dough in two and work the chips in well.
Create small balls and flatten them with the palm of your hands, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 340 degrees in a preheated static oven, in the center of the oven for 20 minutes.

Storage
The cookies can be stored for 4-5 days in an airtight container or inside a cookie jar.
If you want, you can flavor the cookies with orange or lemon zest or with a packet of vanilla sugar by adding it at the start when mixing the yogurt and sugar.
For the best result, I recommend taking the yogurt out of the fridge an hour beforehand so the cold doesn’t affect the rising.
You can also use gluten-free flour, just be mindful of absorption, as gluten-free flour absorbs differently, so I recommend adding it little by little until the dough reaches the right consistency.
