Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Orange

For a main dish that can be prepared quickly and is tasty, easy, but above all economical, you must try these Pork Tenderloin Medallions with Orange. In fact, for 500 grams (about 1.1 lbs) of pork tenderloin, the cost was €6.80, which I’d say isn’t bad for 3 people.

After cutting slices from the tenderloin, they are dredged in flour and browned with butter and oil. Once colored, they are doused with orange juice, salt is added, along with orange zest, and they are left to cook over low heat until the sauce reduces to a cream. The recipe is ready… try it yourself.
