  • Difficulty: Easy
  • Cost: Cheap
  • Rest time: 45 Minutes
  • Preparation time: 20 Minutes
  • Portions: 15Pieces

Ingredients

  • 2.8 oz Hazelnut Wafers
  • 3.5 tbsp Butter
  • 7 oz Milk Chocolate
  • 15 Hazelnuts
  • to taste Hazelnut Spread
  • to taste Hazelnut Crumbs

Tools

  • Chocolate Mold

Preparation

  • To make the chocolates with hazelnut heart, put the wafers in the mixer and finely chop them until you get a sandy texture.

  • Transfer the wafers into a bowl and add the melted butter (in the microwave or in a bain-marie), mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture.

  • Place the wafer and butter mixture inside a semi-sphere chocolate mold. Make sure to adhere the mixture well to the walls, to give it a round shape, like a dome with a cavity inside. Let it rest in the refrigerator for half an hour.

  • Then, take the shells out of the mold and fill them with the help of a teaspoon with the hazelnut cream. Place a whole hazelnut in half of the shells, then pair each one with a shell without a hazelnut. Let it rest in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes.

  • Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate (in the microwave or in a bain-marie). Dip the chocolates in the melted chocolate and then in the hazelnut crumbs. Place the chocolates with hazelnut heart on baking paper and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. Enjoy!
