Roasted corn in the air fryer is perfect as a snack to enjoy in front of the TV or for a home aperitif with friends. This recipe is easy to make: I used canned corn, drained and dried it well, then seasoned it with oil and spices and cooked it in the hot air fryer. In a few minutes, you’ll get crunchy and tasty corn that I recommend eating immediately after “baking”!

Ingredients
- 8.8 oz sweet corn, canned, drained
- to taste extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp curry
- to taste salt

Steps
To make roasted corn, drain the corn using a sieve, then dry well with a clean cloth or paper towel.
Transfer the corn kernels to a bowl and season them with spices and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Place the corn in the basket of the hot air fryer and cook at 392°F for 10-15 minutes, until golden brown. Shake the basket occasionally to turn the corn and check for doneness.
Serve the roasted corn warm in small bowls. Enjoy!
