Storage and use of Kale Pesto
Kale Pesto is obviously best with pasta, sprinkled with a bit of grated Parmesan. However, I also tried it with great success on a white pizza topped with Pecorino and Colonnata lard for an incredible explosion of Tuscan flavors.
