Tips

How to store bruschetta?

If you don’t eat all the bruschetta, store them in the fridge for 1 day and let them come to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. The bread will lose its crunchiness but they will still be good. You can heat them for half a minute on a hot pan or a cast iron griddle.
