Ideal to enjoy during the summer months or as a special treat at any time of the day, this recipe was born from the desire to create a simple, delicious, and no-bake dessert.
In 5 minutes you will have a soft, enveloping, and refreshing cream made even more delicious by the decoration made with hazelnut cream, perfect to end a dinner or to enjoy in the afternoon with company.
The coffee cream with Nutella can be stored in the fridge for a day or two without losing texture and can be frozen; in this case, it will become similar to a semifreddo, before serving put it in the fridge for 10/15 minutes to make it softer.

Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp coffee (strong espresso)
- 1/3 cup powdered vanilla sugar (or granulated sugar)
- 4 teaspoons hazelnut cream (or Nutella)
Tools
- 1 Bowl
- 1 Coffee cup
- 1 Scale
- 4 Glass cups small or 2 large
- 1 Piping bag with star tip – OPTIONAL
Procedure
Prepare two strong espressos with the coffee machine or moka, they should amount to 50 g. Put the coffee in the fridge to cool.
Pour the cream into a large bowl, start whipping it with the electric whisk at low speed. When it starts to thicken, add the sifted powdered sugar and the cold coffee gradually, continuing to whip until it becomes a thick and velvety cream.
The coffee cream is ready; put it in the piping bag or use a spoon to fill the glass cups.
Take the 4 glass cups and distribute a bit of Nutella on the edges, fill them with the coffee cream and finish with Nutella and roasted coffee beans.
The coffee cream with Nutella is ready to be served, if possible let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
