Advice
How to store the crostini?
If you don’t consume all the crostini, store them in the fridge for 1 day and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving. Keep in mind that the bread will lose its crunchiness and become soft.
Want to make the bread crunchy again?
I’ll teach you a quick trick.
Leave the crostini at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat a non-stick pan, place the crostini, and warm them over medium heat until the base becomes crunchy, which will take about 1 minute. Be careful not to burn them!
